What if I Forget My Password?
From the Log In screen, click on "Forgot Password?". Enter in your E-Mail Address (which is your User Name) and click "Submit." Your password will be emailed to your e-mail address.

What if I exit before I reach the end of the survey?
If you have successfully created your Participant Profile, which includes your username (email address) and password. You may Log In at any time with your User Name and Password and pick up where you last left off from the Log In screen.

Why does my Computer seem to be running slower when I am on the Internet?
Slowness in Internet response time is usually due to the speed of your Internet connection, high traffic at your Internet Service Provider (ISP), or a memory shortage on your computer. Here are some suggestions to help speed up Internet response time: Clean out your cache/temporary Internet files that have been saved to your hard drive. To do this, go to the "Tools" menu in Internet Explorer > click "Internet Options." Then, on the "General" tab, under "Temporary Internet Files," click "Delete Files." If memory is still an issue, you may improve Internet response time by closing all other running applications on your computer.

What if I have trouble reaching the website?
To make sure your internet browser is going out to the server hosting the survey, please follow these simple instructions. Go to the "Tools" menu in Internet Explorer > click "Internet Options." Then, on the "General" tab, under "Temporary Internet Files," click "Settings...". Make sure that "Every visit to the page" is selected for "Check for newer versions of stored pages." click OK. Also ensure that your computer's network settings (such as a firewall) are not preventing access to the site.

If I need assistance and decide to e-mail or call Strengths Research, what information do I need to provide?
